is there a difference in sound quality between JBL Tune 110BT and JBL E25 BT and which is better?
The E25BT has different materials made from the Tune 110BT and the E25BT would sound better.

Hai my bluetooth heatphone is not charging

Sorry to hear about your headphone not charging anymore.
Please try to use another cable for charging and a different charging adapter.
If that does not help, then contact the place of purchase for warranty help.

Dear support team, thank you for your awesome product. However, I have a small issue when 2 devices are connected to the headset. When I'm streaming music from my laptop and have incomming call, the voice is corrupted until I mute music.Firmware update?
This could mean that there was interference between the laptop BT signal and the phone, assuming that the phone call was made thru the smartphone and not using the laptop, if it was on the laptop using an application (skype, etc.) then this issue could be within the laptop itself, application might need to be updated or the driver/software of the laptop itself utilizing the BT connectivity. We suggest to isolate the issue by removing the laptop from the scenario and just use your phone for streaming music and taking in calls to test you will still experience the same problem, for further assistance we suggest that you submit a case at https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Support team will assist you with this case.

After the Win10 April update every time I shutdown the pc or enters in sleep mode the headphones cant connect properly. They are recognized and windows tries to connect, but the headphones shutdown completely. I have to remove the device and pair again.

Hello, last month i bought E25BT.last week during my run, it turned off automatically. then i tried to charge again and then it worked as per normal. Yesterday i used again for my run ,it went off again.Now not charging not turning on also.Pls help. :)

I bought these (E25BT) earlier today (6/30/2017) and let them charge for 2+ hours before first powering them on. It doesn't appear they've charged at all; no indicator light(s), no power or charge at all. What is wrong?
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the E25BT. The E25BT comes with a factory charge which can be used out of the box. There should be a constant light in the E25BT while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the LED status is off. Try powering ON the unit by pressing and holding the power button (middle button) until you see a blue light at the bottom part of the remote. Once you see the blue light blinking, it means that its on pairing mode. Try connecting your device with the E25BT. If you're still experiencing issues, please go back to the store where you purchased it from and they will be able to help. If this was purchased from us directly, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

Frequently the E25BT loses signal with the player and freezes with the blue light ON. It does not power off or respond to any key. Only connecting it to a charger (and disconnect) it allows to be ON1. How can I reset it without the need of charge it?
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the E25BT. Unfortunately, it has no reset function. I noticed that you are in Portugal. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store that you purchased the E25BT from and they should be able to assist you, or at least guide you to those who can.

Neck clip broke first use. How do I get a new one?
Hi. That is most unfortunate, and should not happen, of course. Normal procedure would be to go back to the place of purchase to get this problem solved over the warranty. If you bought directly from JBL web shop, please contact JBL customer service, who will help you.

how about noise cancellation when you on a phone call the person you are talking to will hear you well or will hear the surrounding noise
Unfortunately, The JBL E25BT does not have noise cancellation feature.

The JBL E25BT has an LED Indicator on the control panel that will flash a solid blue light once the battery reaches 100%.

My device is paired with my ipod. I just turned both on and all I keep getting is make sure that is is turned on and in range. They are sitting next to each other. How can I get them connected?
To be able to reconnect the headphones to your source, please do a BT reset on the unit by following these steps.
1. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the unit goes into pairing mode.
2. Once the unit is back in pairing mode, BT Reset is performed.
3. On the source device, go to its settings and under Bluetooth locate the headphones name "E25BT".
4. Tap on "i" to forget the device on the source device.
5. Toggle On/Off Bluetooth on the source device to re-scan available BT devices.
6. Re-establish BT connection between your source device and the headphones.

Is it compatible with Windows Phone? I have a Lumia 930 with Windows 10, and I'm afraid it will not work.
The E25BT is compatible with your Lumia 930, since your phone supports the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers which the E25BT has. In case they will not pair, you may do an isolation by pairing the headphones with other Bluetooth devices. If the E25BT pairs successfully with other devices, you might need to contact Nokia to check if there is an update needed on your phone's Bluetooth driver. Hi. My E25BT 's LED light is persistently white since this morning without charging. I tried many times to reset it by pushing and holding the middle button but it is still the same, no blue light blinking.. Bought it two months ago.. never happen before.

Having difficulty in connecting to my samsung s8. I am trying to connect to my s8 but its not showing in the list of available device at all. I tried restarting my s8 multiple times. Turned on/off the headset too but no luck at all.
