Also, we recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case to see if it helps. Are these able to be used independently without sacrificing features or controls?  I am deaf in my right ear and am looking for an ear bud for my left ear that has all functionality and features available.

Our Tune 130NC TWS earbuds can be used independently, this is called mono mode. All functions can be performed using a single earbud. While the Voice Assistant feature can be assigned to your preferred earbud via the JBL Headphones App.

Yes. Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS has a Voice Assistant Integration feature that enables you to set up and access voice assistants such as Alexa, Bixby, Siri, and Google Assistant. It can be enabled through the JBL Headphones app (available to download on the Appstore and Playstore) and assigned to your preferred earbud.

Please ensure a clear line of sight between your earbuds and your source device, as obstructions between them can interrupt your connection. Turn off other unused Bluetooth devices nearby and move them away from other sources of wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi signals. After a factory reset, try to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. My jbl ear pods does like a weird beep sometimes when i close the case. It’s an very strong sound and it only happens when the ear pods are in the case but when i take them out, it completely stops? Why does this happen?

Based on the information you have provided, we kindly recommend that you reset your product to factory settings; (1) Remove the headphones from your list of saved bluetooth devices on your phone/tablet. (2) Tap twice & hold either earbud for > 5 seconds while in case. If this does not resolve the issue, please turn off all other 2.4GHz devices (or test the product outdoors), to check if noise is caused by interference. Our JBL Tune130NC TWS can't be used in the shower. It is rated IPX4, which means that it can withstand water splashes from any direction but can't be submerged in water. Also, exposing it to sand may harm the speaker if it reaches its internal parts.

Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS is recommended to connect with smartphones, tablets, and laptops for audio streaming. It can pair and connect with a Bluetooth-capable TV. However, you may encounter audio-video delays when connected to your TV via Bluetooth since these earbuds don't have an aptX HD low latency codec.

Our Tune 130NC TWS earbuds come with a choice of 3 sizes of eartips (S, M, or L). You may choose the right size for your ears so that they will stay in your ears for the best fit. Please consult the manual on how to properly wear the earbuds to avoid pressing the touch control buttons.

To properly wear the earbuds of our Tune 130NC TWS, simply insert the earbuds into your ear at a horizontal level then rotate the earbuds upwards at an angle until it sits snuggly in your ear.

My device is only registering my earbuds for Audio, and not Calls. I've even gone to my bluetooth settings and tried manually setting it to receive Call audio, but it automatically turns that setting back off. What can I do to fix this?
