Rated 5 out of 5 by Libro from Comfortable, clear mids and highs and good bass I really like these earbuds and how they fit. I haven't had any problem with them sliding out. Which is a common problem for me. Bass is great but not too much. The mic gives me some trouble though. It randomly drops sound as if I were speaking from the other side of the room. I can hear fine but the person I'm talking to on the phone can't really. The noise canceling is really nice. And the talk through as well as I find myself needing to switch between the two depending on my location. The quick start guide is a must in order to figure out what tap changes what setting. With the app you can look these up as well and even change the touch commands.

I'm really impressed at the power and sound quality of these - I usually test with One Vision by Queen as my standard measure and I was blown away. I reached my comfortable loudest volume without any sound leakage. My main reservation to this type of earphone was the fear that they would fall out, but so far that's unfounded. They're very comfortable for extended periods, also matched by the battery life. Having the carry case as a portable charger was also a welcome addition. I’ve started using them at home over my much more expensive headphones. Excellent value for money.

I have tried other brands over the years and they all felt loose and I was afraid they would fall out during activities. These are secure, no worries. The sound is great as I have come to expect from JBL, Bass2 is my personal favorite setting. Get the app, it helps with adjustments and pairing. I appreciate that the charging cord has gone to the C-type. Magnetic charging base is nice as well. I am a bit confused on the controls on the headphones themselves, in time I should be able to figure everything out. I love the built in Alexa functions, makes music changes easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mher from Broke down after 2 days I bought this JBL Tune 230NC about 5 days ago, the sound was so amazing the bass was so pure, but after 2 days later the left earbud just went down and won't turn on anymore the right one still working but I am unsure about what's going on with the left one. I saw some other reviews that face the exact same problem, JBL should be more attentive to these technical issues. I am really disappointed with this product now, customer support need the item to be returned back to fix it, and you will need to waste your time to make this 100$ earbud work, but meanwhile, my 10$ other earbud already working for a year, without any single problem, not yet sure if I will buy another JBL earbud.

They're not comfortable at all. They will end up making your ears sore after about an hour. (I've tried all size rubber caps, no help). The other major drawback is the terrible audio/video delay. Sound is out of sync with ever video. On phones, laptops, etc. Videos are almost unwatchable due to this. The one thing that gives this product any value is that the sound quality is very nice. If you ONLY listen to pods, books, or music w/o video, you might find this product good for you. Or if you don't have nerve endings in your ears

What is adaptive noise cancelling

Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS has an Adaptive Noise-Canceling feature that minimizes unwanted noise from your surroundings. It will not completely block out the sound of the Lawnmower but it will significantly decrease its noise while you are listening to music.

Why is my left bud volume lower than my right bud
