Great headphones but one disappointing issue
I have just received my JBL Tune660nc headphones and they are great but there is one disappointing issue, which is that they don’t work with the JBL headphones APP and this is not indicated anywhere within their specifications. When I contacted JBL via chat, about this, the customer service agent was very defensive and said ‘You do not advertise a product based on what’s NOT included’.
As great as the headphones are, and I really do like them, I would not have purchased them if I’d have known they don’t work with the APP and I’m very disappointed with the attitude of the person on chat.

Comfy with great noise cancelation
I got these headphones earlier this year since I needed a comfortable pair for regular use. I came across these with nice padding on ear and extra cushion in the headband. I love using these while cooking and cleaning around the house. With the noise canceling I can just turn on my music, get in my zone, and tune out the chaos around me. My teen son also likes to use these when we go on longer road trips so he can ignore his younger sibling and whatever the rest of the family is listening to in the car. I'll be purchasing another pair for him on his birthday or Christmas.

I definitely recommend these JBL Tune 660NC.
These on ear headphones will surprise you for the price.
Here is my rating and a couple of feedback for each category for them so that you know how they will work for you like they worked for me and my rating for them. I do have a full review below that though. Overall for Google Phones they connect fast, work hand in hand with the features of Google such as Voice Assistant and for me the active noise cancelling feature works awesome for me to where I don't have to take them off if I want to talk to someone or when I don't want to hear anything else around me when playing music or taking a call.

JBL LIVE 650BTNC Manufacturer's Defect
I purchased my initial pair of JBL LIVE 650BTNC Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Headphones in December 2019. I really enjoyed the headset, because the sound quality was outstanding. However, the following year the headphones they glitched and would not power off. Luckily it was under warranty, so I was able to get it replaced through Harmon. Unfortunately, today, 2 years later, my replacement headphones experienced the same glitch and will not power off. The customer service gave me a 30% coupon to buy a new pair and a link to get the one I have currently repaired. I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I will not be purchasing another pair.

JBL Tune 660NC är ett par billiga men hyfsat bra hörlurar för summan. Ljudet i dom är helt ok då man spelar från en telefon. Den sitter hyfsat bra på huvudet, men böjer man sig frammåt så får man vara försiktig, dom kan falla av, det är ju pga att dom ligger och trycker på öronen. NC funktionen är bra och funkar, det stänger ute saker runt om kring eller så stänger man av den och då hör man mer runtomkring. Jättebra med USB-C laddning. Låter riktigt bra då man lyssnar från telefonen. Bra med bas. Det var tråkigt att dom inte funkade till datorer, Dom konnektar men ljudet blev så dåligt.

Hej När jag skall ladda med C kabeln oavsett dator powerbank etc så lyser laddlampan röd i ca 3-5 min sen slocknar den , när jag drar ur kabeln o sen kopplar in igen så lyser den röd en kort stund för att sen slockna. Blir aldrig fulladdat eller?
Vi skulle rekommendera att testa fabriksåterställa hörlurarna.
Följ dessa steg för att utföra en fabriksåterställning:
1- Se till att hörlurarna är påslagna.
2- Tryck länge på Volym + och Volym -knapparna samtidigt. Se till att Bluetooth inte är påslagen och inte är ihopkopplad med någon enhet.
3- Om LED-indikatorn blinkar snabbare kommer hörlurarna att återställas.
Innan du försöker para ihop med hörlurarna efter återställningen, se till att du har glömt enheten från Bluetooth-menyn på din smartphone/surfplatta.

what is the range of the bluetooth? I would like to use walking around the garden.

I have tried pairing my headphones with the app but it is not showing up, I thought I could use the app with the TUNE 660NC?

Hi, I have a new Windows 11 pc and when I try to pair headphones with pc, Windows asks for a pin number. Does the Tune 660NC have a pin number?
