Are they water proof
Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune 760NC has no IPX rating, so it's not sweatproof or waterproof. It's designed for users who would buy headphones for leisurely music listening. If you're planning to use earphones, we would recommend taking a look at our available sets of sports headphones.

Does this model support JBL HEADPHONES software? Does it have ambient aware and/or talkthru?
Our JBL Tune 760NC has an Active Noise Cancelling feature however, it doesn't have the Ambient aware and Talkthru feature.

Are these headphones good for calls? Are they compatible with MS teams? How is the noise cancellation

Our JBL Tune 760NC has a built-in mic for phone calls and its compatible with MS teams, you may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using. Also, it has an Active Noise Cancelling feature that allows you to listen to your favorite tunes without distractions and Smart Ambient technology that keeps you aware of your surroundings or allows you to talk with a friend while driving. Can it start with no noise cancelling or does noise cancelling have to be turned off every time?
The Active Noise Cancelling function of our JBL Tune 760NC can only be turned off/on manually by pressing the ANC button next to the power button.

I'm not noticing a difference with the ANC button (Right next to the power button) on the JBL 760NC. It feels like ANC is on constantly. Is there a defect with my headphones or do these not provide true noise transparency?
You may try to use a different device and test the ANC function or initiate a Product Reset. please note that this reset will erase all Bluetooth pairings. Simply press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for more than 5 seconds. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Will it damage the headphones to workout (sweat) in them?
Our JBL Tune 760NC can't be used in the gym as it doesn't have any IPX rating and isn't waterproof/sweatproof. For sports/workout activities, we recommend our JBL UA Project Rock Over-Ear instead since it has an IPX4 (sweatproof) rating.

how can you switch devices with multiple connection (laptop and phone)

you must put the Tune 760NC in Bluetooth connection mode, connect first the Bluetooth of one of your two devices and then the other one.
Once connected to both, all you have to do is click on the one you want from the Bluetooth settings and play what you want.

Why this headphones is not listed and supported by JBL headphones app?
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, our JBL Tune 760NC headphones cannot be used with the JBL Headphones App. This is due to the fact that the technology used in these headphones cannot be upgraded to the newest features found in our latest models.

Is this product dual voltage, or would I need a converter if traveling to Europe?
When charging your JBL Tune 760NC, it's necessary that you are using the proper power brick/adapter rated at 5V and at least 1A.

Does it support connection via NFC?
Our JBL Tune 760NC has Bluetooth capability and will connect with any device that has this feature. It can't connect using NFC since it doesn't have this feature.

Are the JBL Tune 760NC headphones compatible with Macbook Pro Model A2289? When I go to bluetooth, it does not show up as an option to connect.
Our JBL Tune 760NC can connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device. To enter manual pairing mode, please press the power button for 5 seconds. The JBL Tune 760NC should show under the discoverable Bluetooth devices on your Mac. You may also connect the headphones to a different source device to see if it will connect. Once the headphones is connected to your Macbook, ensure that the output audio is set to JBL Tune 760NC. Here's how: Select Apple > System Settings, then Sound in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down). If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance.
