Don’t waste your money
I bought these in November from Amazon. They worked perfectly for the first few weeks and kept wondering why the reviews around that time weren’t as good as they should’ve been. Now when I go to use them it’s not even guaranteed that they will actually turn them off or not. I’ve never dropped them, submerged them in water (or have ever put them near water), or any other thing you can do to mess these up. I’m so frustrated. I’ve called twice now. They don’t take my name, number , or email. They give me the same troubleshooting tactics that I’ve tried time and time again...I’m tired of this and SO DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED. Keep looking.

not worth the money
just google "jbl reflect flow left earbud not working" and you will see why i will never buy these again. I purchased the reflect flow headphones about 4-5 mos ago and they were great. sounded fantastic right out of the box but after 4 months the left earbud started dying. it now maintains significant lower volume than the right. this is obviously a known issue based on all of the online info regarding this and jbl issued me a return label instantly. It is nice they are at least replacing the product but i expected more from jbl after using their wireless speakers for years with no issues. looks like true wireless headphones are still a few years out of being great at this pricepoint.

Quality too poor to justify price
The first pair I bought had one of the ear pieces not charging or turning on. I received a replacement unit, but not much better. Half the time you wake up the next morning expecting them to be fully charged after charging all night, but to your surprise they stopped at some point and now you planned on using them you're out of luck. That is my biggest gripe. Sound is good, I will give it that. Battery life is not 10 hrs, closer to 6-7. Price is just too high to justify the performance concerns. If they were $30 I'd chalk it up to cheap headphones, but these are $150! Unacceptable.

I am impressed!
I am really impressed by those amazing headphones! Those wireless sport headphones are excellent for basically all situations. For example, for taking them out for run or just wear them around town. Also, they are ideal for those who love to exercise and go to the gym. The headphones are built extremely well and they are comfortable to wear. They have got very good sound isolation which i personally believe it helps a lot when i work out outdoors. From my personal experience, the case battery can last for approximately two weeks without being charged and for the headphones battery can last for several days. I am very happy with this product!

Not charging
First off these are amazing earphones, really pack a punch for such small devices and can easily compete with high end over ear headphones sound quality wise. My issue with these is to do with the charging which in my experience was absolutely hurrendous. For the first month or so the charging process in the case was totally fine but after that it all went downhill. the earphones started requiring a lot of fidgeting to get the connection right or else they wouldnt charge at all. eventually they stopped charging in the case altogether unless the case was connected to a power source and they still require at least 5 minutes of fidgeting for them to even start charging. Very disappointed for a product that cost this much money

I do not feel comfortable though I have tried all the possibilities with bitfit and earplugs, My ears start whistling when I wear the buds due to pressure and after a while headache starts. I love the sound of these earbuds. Is there any remedy for it.
did you try the 'fix' supplied by Tioma7? did it work.... ive got the same problem - love the sound form these phones but troubled as to why i should go out and buy more buds to make them work properly!

Hi, is it possible to connect Jbl reflect flow with bluetooth 5.0 to phone with bluetooth 4.2 ? If it is possible, does it have some disadvantages like worse battery life ?
Our JBL Reflect Flow has Bluetooth 5.0, which is backward compatible with other versions. It would improve battery life instead of worsening it since it requires less energy to establish a stable and improved connection.

I lost my charging case with earbuds in it. Is there a way to trace them or know the last known location of them.
Unfortunately, we cannot track your lost JBL Reflect Flow as it has no GPS device that's usually on mobile phones.

Earbuds stop charging after 5 minutes, the longest they have charged is 23 minutes after full battery drain. Is this much time sufficient to give it a full charge? Do red light on the earbuds has to be red to show that they are chargiing ?
The standard charging time for your JBL Reflect Flow to fully charge is within 2 hours and fewer thanks to the speed charge function of your earbuds. During charging, the charging case LED will show as red and will turn off once your earbuds are fully charged. Can I swim in these?
Don't know who said that, but on the box it states waterproof IPX7
Even the picture has water on the earbuds.
Unfortunately IPX7 only means up to 1 meter for less than 30mins.

what is the use of keeping the bluetooth power constant (and high) ????? how can i reduce the level sar of jbl reflect flow ??
It is not possible to reduce the Bluetooth levels of our JBL Reflect Flow. Please see below for the Bluetooth information of our JBL Reflect Flow:
