The only limiting factor is the size, where a very small head may not be able to fit the headphones, but this presents no danger. However, the JBL JR310 headphones do connect via 3.5mm Aux cable, and according to Sony's website, their controllers for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 do support aux headphone input. Some first ideas the mic is on the cable, watch out that it looks in the right direction and it should not be covered by a scarf for example. You have to tell the Laptop as well, that you want to use the mic on the headphones, not the one in your PC.

Our JBL Jr310's audio cable is 3.5mm long.
