Surround sound is really amazing on the bar 2.0
I was surprised by the JBL soundbar 2.0 all in one. I loved that it comes with a remote and a HDMI cable and also batteries! The sound volume maxed out is really loud and also it sounded like it wasnt only coming from just one place the sound really was surround sound. It has quite a bit of bass and it is light weight and easy to set up and install. Easy to connect to by Blutooth and also easy set up for the t.v HDMI cord. I would recommend this product to anyone comes in a nice box with a handle and looks sleak and does not take up too much space. Also has a wall mount feature that comes with screws and wall mount which is seriously so handy.

JBL Bar 2.0 All-In-One: Excellent Sound Bar
Recently received the JBL Bar 2.0 All-In-One sound bar and my first impressions were what a great looking piece of electronics. This bar is very sleek and good looking. The bar came packaged very well protected and in great condition as all JBL products do. Couldn’t have been easier to hook up and blended well with my decor. Ease of installation was easy and has several options for hook up for any tv. Remote was very easy to use and learn where all features are. This bar has great sound output with clear audio for watching movies and listening to music via Bluetooth. I traded this sound bar out with a older RCA sound bar and what a huge difference when watching movies I can now here with clarity and no longer need subtitles to read what I couldn’t hear before. I definitely recommend the JBL Bar 2.0 All-In-One for anyone looking for just a sound bar with great sound and ease of use.

Transformed My Older Television
We have a decent but older television in our back bedroom, but the sound it produces is muffled and unclear. I was hoping that a smaller sound bar would improve the watching experience for it. I didn't want a thundering bass cube or a bunch of wires, so I decided on the JBL Bar 2.0 to fit the need. I connected the speaker to the TV optical input and plugged it in to the wall, and turned it on. All I can say is that the television was transformed completely. Suddenly, sounds I couldn't hear at all before were bouncing around the room with crystal clarity. The sound of a chair being moved, papers rustling, cars driving by in the background of the scene were clearly heard. The sound wasn't really coming from all directions, but a clear separation was happening adding depth and dimension to my listening experience.
This little sound bar also has a bluetooth feature that allows my phone, tablet, laptop, and mp3 player to wirelessly connect to it. The simple controller has a bluetooth button at the top right, when pressed it changes the speaker input from the television to bluetooth. Connection is instantaneous. A test of bass heavy music showed me that this little bar can really pound. Even at very high volume, I didn't notice any rattle or distortion. It is really nice to be able to have an extra sound source to listen to music in a new part of the house.
If you are looking for something to improve your TV's sound, and also provide a new access point for listening to music without installing a big system, you have found your sound bar. JBL signature sound does not disappoint. The simplicity of this model is delightful. A power cord to the wall and one wire to the television, either HDMI or Optical, and you are good to go.

Amazing sounds!!!
JBL produced another amazing product with amazing sound quality and excellent features. The Bluetooth connection is a breeze. The volume can be controlled through the paired device or the control that comes with this amazing sound bar. ARC connection option and optic sound connection are also great options that allow you to make the most out of your space. The design is simple and elegant. You can hang the sound bar with ease, I was surprised by how light it felt and was thankful for the design which allowed it to be gripped properly and comfortably.

All around bang for the bank
I have had this bar for 2 weeks now, and pretty much i have tried on movies, gaming series and music, the dolby atmos does a great job for movies as well as for gaming, the Bluetooth streaming is quite fast and easy to set up,
It has An overall good sound but honestly i got really surprised on the bass end for such as small bar. This would be mostly likely for a small set up , small room,small office even on a gaming set up sincr it is easy to fit pretty much anywhere as they way i was using this for the last couple ofmonth

The respond time of remote signal receiving is always delayed. For example, when I press 10 times of volume up button on the remote and then I press 10 times of volume down. It will keep volume up in the first five times pressing of volume down.
Same issue here with hdmi connection. On screen volume display number is delayed when changing the volume on the remote.
Another issue on the volume menu, is that it jumps 3 to 4 volume levels instead of one by one.

No, it does not but does include an HDMI cable.

Does it work with the Jbl bar app/alexa products or app?
Our JBL Bar 2.0 All-in-One Soundbar doesn't feature Alexa. However, we have JBL 5.1 Surround and the JBL 5.0 MultiBeam that supports this feature.

Can this be used as a receiver for JBL cinema 610?
Unfortunately, our JBL Bar 2.0 All-in-One acts as a single unit home theatre system and cannot function as a receiver for the JBL Cinema 610.

This might be a dumb question but I see on the soundbar an HDMI output but no input. It seems to me it would need an input and an output so video+audio could be input to the soundbar and then pass the video to the TV. With only an output how do you input
I think this is confusing. The sound bar is an output device itself so surely the HDMI socket on it should be labelled INPUT? Audio travels from the TV HDMI (ARC) and goes IN to the speaker. The user guide doesn't clarify this imho. Another question elsewhere asked if this socket was usable to run video out to another device when obviously it isn't.

Does the unit have any rear mounting slots that would enable a user to mount it directly on a wall or to an adjoining bracket that would connect to the TV. Anything but sitting on a shelve. thanks

This might be a dumb question but all the reviews and questions address a TV. Can I connect the soundbar to a Dell Computer that I just purchased (current new one)?
The audio input available for our JBL Bar 2.0 Al-in-One is an Optical input. If your computer has an Optical Output, it can work.
