How do you use the 1-button control to change tracks & answer calls (don't understand why instructions weren't included for this)?
The in-line 1-button universal remote and microphone is compatible with most smartphones. The button controls the following commands: pause/play, skip forward (next track), skip back (to beginning of current track or previous track), answer/end phone calls, and voice control/voice assistant. The button will also perform fast forward/fast reverse on iOS devices only.
The long press on the volume up button will skip the track forward. Long press on the volume down button (-) will start the song over. Please note: you cannot skip tracks backward, you can only restart the previous song-you can only skip multiple tracks forward.

The earbuds have stopped working. It continues to flash the blue light and will not charge, are there any solutions to this? I’ve only had the earbuds for 3 months, disappointing.

Does this work with Doro 824?
Yes, the E15 would definitely work since the DORA 824 has a 3.5mm aux port.

Viken skillnad, om någon, är det ljudmässigt/högtalarelement mellan e15 och e25bt?
Hej. Den största skillnaden mellan dessa två hörlurar är att E25 är Bluetooth-hörlurar och medans E15 ej är det. Specifikationer för de olika drivers m.m. finns i det nedladdningsbara dokumentet "Spec Sheet" på varje produktsida.

Would you please compare T180 A or T290 or T290 A ?
The only difference between the JBL T280A and JBL T290 is the region where they're released. The JBL T280A was released in the United States, while the JBL T290 was released in the United Kingdom. hello, The microphone seems to be TOO LOW on my earphone. People can barely hear me while i use it on a call or whatsapp and whaever. Is this normal? is there a way to raise the MIC volume? is it not working properly? thank you

E15 After listening for some time, I felt a warmth as the earbuds are heating up. Is this usual?
Hi. Except for the fact that the silicone ear tips may feel warm, the headphones should not heat up, and we have no reports about such heating. There are no active parts inside, except of course the speaker units with their voice coils that are fed the very low-powered signal from your source. They should not be able to heat up the housings. The body is made of plastic, and it may just be possible that you would be more comfortable with metal-body earphones like the JBL T290. If you can find an infrared temperature sensing device, you can check the actual temperature of the headphones, of course.

Hello JBL, Does the headphones compatible with 1+ smartphone ?
Hi
The OnePlus mobile phones should have the standard 3,5mm audio jack. If this is standard, then all our models ( except for models specifically made for iOS or Motorola ) should be compatible with their mobile phones.
I would also like to inform you, that if you order your JBL E15 from our webshop, you will have 30 days return right, so if they don't work, you can just send them back for a full refund - no questions asked

Should I buy Synchros E10 or E15?
E15 is the upgraded version of the E10. E15 enhances and balances the treble’s performances. While on E10 it has a deep bass sound compared to E15.
