If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Our JBL Flip 6 doesn't have a built-in AM/FM radio. You can listen to the radio through your source device being connected to it via Bluetooth.

If you're using any equalizer or sound enhancer, please turn it off to ensure that raw sounds are playing from the speaker. Our JBL Flip 6 is a portable Bluetooth speaker, it does not have a receiver to get radio frequencies. It must be connected to a source device via Bluetooth.

Our JBL Flip 6 doesn't have a WiFi feature. The Bluetooth range for this product is 10–15 meters without interference, including walls, other objects, and other wireless connections.
