Can this speaker be used when plugged in to the charger? I would like to use it with AUX source connected and permanently connected to the charger when at home and only use the battery power when I'm away.

My JBL Xtreme 2 has a bad battery - I was thinking of buying a new one - Do you know what size (mm) I should use for the battery I buy. I know it should be at 7.4V.

Does the JBL Xtreme 2 have a mic so I can use it for WhatsApp calls?

Is this loud and clear enough to use in a large room full of people for exercise classes?

Although the Xtreme 2 already has quite a bit of output, I don't think this is enough for the purpose for which you want to use the speaker. Perhaps the Boombox 2 or even the Partybox 310 would be a better option for you.
