Is the audio jack an aux jack?
Yes. Our JBL Tune 710BT is compatible with 2.5mm to 3.5mm aux cables.

Is there a case for this?
Our JBL Tune 710BT doesn't come with a carrying case. We recommend that you check the pricing and availability of carrying cases from third-party retailers.

how low temperatures (celcius) can these withstand without turning off? i live where its 0 to -15 C or less during the winter and my airpods die after like 5 min at -5

JBL Tune 710BT has not been officially tested against cold weather. The performance could be affected at below zero temperatures because of the lithium battery inside.

Lost charging cord, what dimension do I need for the aux
Our JBL Tune 710BT uses a Type-C USB charging cable. For the Aux connection you will need a 3.5mm cable for the headphones.

Do these headphones automatically turn off after inactive use to save battery?

Are they waterproof?

Unfortunately none of our headphones are water proof, this includes the JBL Tune 710BT. Therefore I would advise against using them near a pool, or in the rain, for example. Because this can damage the headset, and void the warranty.

Will the headphones connect to my Toshiba TV?
Our JBL Tune 710BT is recommended to be paired with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops via Bluetooth connection. We don't recommend pairing it to your TV because you may experience audio-video delays as these headphones don't have APTX HD low latency codec.
