Stopped Working after 7 days
Bought these headphones for my husband to wear while at work. They were great until the 7th day and then they were dead. Mailed them back, waiting on a refund. I guess I have to spend a small fortune for good headphones, which I am not about to do.

Disappointed in the quality of this product.
After just two months of use, no sound comes out of one ear and the sound becomes distorted and choppy at the slightest movement. Very disappointed at how quickly these headphones stopped working properly.

I am surprised!
I received these as a gift. Coming from using AirPod Pros on a daily basis I’m not normally a fan of corded headphones. With that said. Even if I paid the MSRP. I am very pleased with the sound quality. I was personally surprised from such an affordable set of headphones.

I bought this to use during my 8 hr shifts. My wireless EarPods were dying mid shift. These are comfortable floor my ears and the sound is perfect. It’s exactly what I was looking for, for such a great price.

Good Sound quality and clear microphone
The sound qulaity is pretty good, and built in microphone are decent. The headset is just a bit stiff, feel tight when I put it over my both ears. Good for couple hours use.

Very uncomfortable to wear
I bought these a week ago and here is what I've come to so far:
Sound quality is mediocre, it has a lot of bass but it doesn't drown out the vocals or other instruments, volume is not that loud.
The worst part about these is how tight they are, the earpads are not that soft and make my ears hurt after just 5 to 10 minutes of usage. I wore these for about an hour and my ears were super red and were hurting so much.
Build quality is good, it looks stylish and doesnt feel like it's going to break if I stretch them too much.

they squeeze your head no matter how u adjust them and sound quality is that of a headset made back in 1995, i expected better more modern sound quality...they sound like someone playing music in a garage 2 miles away. tired to return it but they're return process is very tedious and requires you to print a shipping label and jump through several other hoops...i do not have a printer and there are no stores around me that print anything. so im stuck with it and i wasted 30$ :/

Good sound for price but unbelieveably short connection wire!!! Why? Did you guys on JBL think that everybody in the world uses notebooks?! My office computer is on the floor, so I have to buy additional cable. Very strange business decision. 1.5 m will be quite good, but you decide to save some money. I think you will not, because many people with classic computer cases will return headphones back to store after opening the case.

Im happy this headphones they great sound quality is very good the pure bass they talking about is there no lies there. JBL know what they were doing when creating this headphones .thing is they painkful on the hear during long time use . If you want to hear that pure bass use laptop or computer etc they require power smartphones are not that strong push their full capabilities

Jag köpte det här headset därför att jag tänkte det var mer praktiskt på resan, så man enkelt kan gå mellan surfplattan o musik i tel på tex flyget.. Men det är lite jobbigt att gå tillbaks till sladd när.man är van att köra headset via Bluetooth haha..
Hursom. Snabb leverans enligt utlovat. Bra ljud även i dessa precis som i mina wireless! Blir nog fler köp här i framtiden!

The JBL Tune 500 does not come with a protective case or pouch. However, you can check for third-party manufacturers online, like Amaxon.com, for a hard-case that would work with the headphones.

TUNE500 ARE COMPATIBLE WITH PS4?
Hi there, yes the TUNE 500 can be hooked up to the wireless controller of your PS4, but it can only be used for listening to the PS4's audio but not for communicating with other players through the built-in mic.
The mic is used only for phone calls when connected to a phone. For the audio to work, go to the Settings on the PS menu, then go to Devices, then select Audio Devices . After this, select output to Headphones. With your headphones plugged in, select "All Audio" and the audio should now be coming out of your headphones.

What does one touch mic mean? I am looking for a headset for my mother to use when talking on her Iphone so that she doesn't hold the phone with her neck. Will these work for that?
This means that it has a single button with a built-in mic that can be used to answer a call, play/pause music. This will do the job for regular phone calls.

Are these headphones exactly the same as JBL Tune 500BT in terms of audio quality, drivers, materials, and comfort but only wired instead of Bluetooth? Are there any differences between these models?
Aside from how it is connected via 3.5mm aux. There are no other differences with its Bluetooth counterpart.
