How do I increase volume?
Thanks for your inquiry. The volume of our JBL Endurance Peak 3 can be adjusted using the right earbud. Tap the JBL logo once to turn up the volume and twice to turn it down.

The right ear pod has stopped producing sound. The blinking light alternates blue and green. The pod is fully charged, but no sound. After about 5 minutes, the pod automatically turns off.
We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. First, we have to make sure that the right and left earbuds are connected. To do so, take out both earbuds and unhook them to turn them on, then they will automatically pair with each other. Once done, please check your source device and look for JBL Endurance Peak 3 to connect. Test and see if the issue has been resolved or persists. Please note that the earbuds will turn off after 5–10 minutes of inactivity. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Internal storage?
Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 does not have a feature for internal storage. We recommend our JBL Endurance Dive, as aside from being waterproof, it also features a built-in MP3 player where you can store your music in the device itself.

Can you swim laps with these?
Our JBL Endurance Peak II has an IP68 rating, which means it is waterproof but not suitable for swimming because Bluetooth signals do not pass through water. Instead, we recommend our JBL Endurance Dive, as aside from being waterproof, it also features a built-in MP3 player that is perfect for swimming activities.

Can I locate these using Tile?
Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 has the ability or feature to track a missing or lost earbud using the JBL Headphones App. Activate the "Find my Buds" feature by tapping the left or/and right earbud to locate it until it starts beeping. The app only works up to a distance of 8 meters and is only operated via Bluetooth connection, not via GPS.

Are they noise reduction
Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 has the Ambient aware feature. It minimizes unwanted noises and keeps you aware of your surroundings.

Can you use each earpiece in mono mode or does only one work in mono mode?
Thanks for your question. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 has a dual-connect feature, allowing you to use both earbuds in Stereo Mode or one earbud in Mono Mode while the other is in the charging case.

Can you connect to 2 devices, like a phone and MP3 player at the same time?

Can you still use either or both earpieces at a time, or do you have to use both to get all the functions (play/pause, skip/back, answer/hang up, volume up/down)? Also, can these be noise cancelling?

The JBL Endurance Peak 3 are Dual Connect, therefore, you can use one or both pods and all functions can be controlled in mono or stereo mode. This model does not have noise cancelling function.

The volume control instructions of tapping the right bud once to increase and twice to decrease doesn't seem to work.- unless the max volume capability is quite low. Any updates here?
